Starting HIIT and Feeling It
Decided to shift the focus for a while. I have been lifting consistently but not paying much attention to body composition or cardio. Time to change that.
The plan
Signed up for 6:00am HIIT classes. The idea is to get the cardio work done early before the day gets away from me. Training in the morning means it is done and I do not have to think about it for the rest of the day. In theory.
